Well-maintained and brand-new room with breakfast was enjoyable. It was nice to find coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. All the staff was fantastic friendly, fixed my issues.

It has excellent location in San Juan as it's just off the center of El Condado close to many restaurants, dives and bars and nice restaurants. Very attentive and respectful staff as one would expect.

My stay was great on vacation. The staff were courteous and very polite all of the time. I was offered a room with amazing views of thr ocean. The location was marvellous, in the area I 've since found, and my bed was very comfy.

Perfect beds, central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room.

The staff here are really professional and always ready to help. Plus, you can park your car in the same building, so that's convenient 🚗. The rooms are a good size, with fresh towels and a balcony that gives you awesome views. And let's not forget about the food - it's pretty good here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Puerto Rico. The staff was amazing, the room was great, and the location was perfect. What I really loved was the abundance of mirrors in the room, which added a unique touch. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and the hotel was the best I've experienced on the island. Everything was great, so were amazing views of the ocean. The restaurant was nice at the lobby, I tried outstanding dishes. It had great and beautiful location, the place was just next door to San Juan city center. I had an excellent time.

One of the best things about this place is its superb location. You can easily stroll to a bakery and a pharmacy, making it super handy for anything you might need during your stay.

The hotel is located in a central area near restaurants, the city center, and nightlife. The room was brand-new, a good size for our needs, with a balcony and great views. The staff we encountered were very friendly and excellent.

Great location right on Ashford Avenue, close to everything. I stayed in a double room with nice fresh air. The services here are top-notch, and they even have a super clean pool to enjoy! 🏊‍♂️
